Referrals

Pear's referral program is two-sided: referees (users who join through a code) pay less, and referrers earn from the fees of the traders they bring in.

How it works

If you join Pear through someone's referral code:

  • You get a 10% discount on your trading fees, applied automatically at execution.
  • The person who referred you earns a share of the Pear trading fees your trades generate, accruing to them in Pear's fee ledger.

The program is fully off-chain. Attribution and reward accounting live in Pear's own ledger. There is no on-chain claim step and no wallet signature involved in earning or receiving rewards.

Referrer payout rates are program-controlled and may change. The Pear app shows the current numbers. The referee's 10% discount is the standing rate as of September 2026.

Where to manage your code

The same code works across both interfaces (web app and Telegram):

  • Web: the Referrals page under Portfolio / Earn in the Pear app at app.pear.garden.
  • Agent Pear on Telegram: run /ref in a direct message with Agent Pear to see your code, copy your invite link, and track who joined through you.

Creating and sharing a code

  • Your code is permanent and case-sensitive, one per user, first-come-first-served, and it cannot be renamed. Choose carefully.
  • Share it as a link or directly from your profile.
  • When someone opens your invite link:
    • If their trade account is already linked, the code binds once they accept the invite. Nobody is bound silently.
    • If they haven't linked a trade account yet, the code is held and binds automatically the moment they finish linking.

Binding rules

  • Binding is permanent and first-bind-wins. Each user is referred by exactly one code, forever.
  • The program rejects self-referrals and mutual referrals.
  • Attribution is account-level (set when the code binds), never per order. A code cannot be attached to an individual trade.
  • Pear carried legacy codes over, so early users may already be bound to an earlier code.
