Returns the connector-native fee recipient for the authenticated user's role — the builder address a Hyperliquid user approves, the integrator account index a Lighter user approves. Served from the same source the order path names, so the approval target and the fee recipient on orders cannot diverge. Absent when no recipient is configured, in which case there is nothing to approve.
